The remaining 20% non-refundable portion covers administrative costs, initial consultation time, expert document review, and resources allocated to your case prior to submission. This ensures that the initial work and commitment from our team are respectfully acknowledged. A request for cancellation must be received in writing (via email to bd@juaraholding.com) before we confirm the official submission of your application.

2.2. After Government Submission

Once your visa application documents have been formally submitted to the Indonesian government or its authorized immigration agencies by whatise33gvisa.com, no refund (0%) will be issued for the service fees paid to us. At this stage, our primary service, which involves the comprehensive preparation, review, and submission of your application, has been fully rendered. The subsequent processing and decision-making fall under the sole purview of the Indonesian immigration authorities, and our role as a consultant is complete.
